Northside Baptist Church Community Garden

Urban Communities are experiencing obesity at astronomical rates and neighborhoods  experience poor nutrition due to a lack of and access to fresh produce; Fruits and Vegetables.  This is a phenomena known as a 'Food Desert.'  To help the community gain access to fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, Northside Baptist Church has started a Community Garden. The goal is to grow and support proper nutrition and community relations by promoting healthy lifestyles and eating.

Join the Community Garden at Northside Baptist Church! Contact Sister Jewel Crum for more information!
